Effective: January 1, 2026 • Talenzzy Platform - Grassroots Football Scouting Directory
Please read carefully. By using Talenzzy, submitting a player, or contacting an academy, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance & Platform Overview
Talenzzy provides a scouting directory that lists grassroots football talents submitted by academies, coaches, licensed agents, and parents/guardians. We are a listing and discovery platform, not a football agency, academy, or guarantor of trials or contracts.
2. Eligibility & Authority to Submit
You must be at least 18 years old to submit. By submitting a player profile, you warrant that: (a) You are the Academy Director, Head Coach, Licensed Agent, or Parent/Guardian with legal authority, (b) You have obtained consent from the player if 18+ or from parent/guardian if under 18, (c) All information (age, height, weight, nationality, video, photo) is accurate to your knowledge. False age or identity may lead to removal and ban.
3. Academy & Submitter Responsibilities
Academies are solely responsible for player data accuracy, authenticity of photos/videos, availability for trials, and compliance with Nigerian football regulations. Talenzzy verifies badges at its discretion but does not guarantee verification of every profile. Academies must keep coach phone/WhatsApp active and respond professionally to scout inquiries.
4. Player Eligibility & Conduct
Players listed must be actively training and eligible to play. Talenzzy may remove profiles for: false information, inappropriate photos, abusive behavior, duplicate entries, or upon guardian request. Pick of the Week (Sort Order 1) and Featured status are editorial decisions by Talenzzy.
5. Content License
By submitting, you grant Talenzzy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display player name, academy, photo (converted to WebP), bio, video link, and stats in directory, academy pages, home featured section, search results, and sitemaps for SEO. You retain ownership. You may request removal anytime via support@talenzzy.com.
6. No Guarantee of Trials or Contracts
Talenzzy does not promise trials, contracts, travel, or payment. We connect scouts and academies via direct WhatsApp links. Any negotiations, fees, or agreements are strictly between scout and academy. Talenzzy charges no commission on such deals. Beware of fraud - verify scout identity independently.
7. Shortlist & WhatsApp Features
Shortlist uses browser localStorage (talenzzy_shortlist) and is stored only on your device. Promote Talent and WhatsApp All features open WhatsApp with pre-filled text. Talenzzy does not access your WhatsApp account. Standard WhatsApp rates apply.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: Submit false ages or fake academies, Upload non-football or explicit content, Spam via contact forms, Attempt to hack, scrape with bots bypassing rate limits, Impersonate academies, Use platform for human trafficking or exploitation. Violation leads to IP ban and reporting to authorities.
9. Intellectual Property
Talenzzy logo, design, layout, and code are owned by Talenzzy. Player photos remain property of submitter but licensed as above. You may not copy directory data en masse for competing platform without permission.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Platform is provided as is. We do not warrant uninterrupted service, especially on shared hosting (TFHost). We are not liable for: Failed scout contacts, Inaccurate player data provided by academies, Loss of opportunities, Device issues with localStorage shortlist. To the extent permitted by Nigerian law, liability capped at NGN 50,000.
11. Minors Protection
For U13-U20 players, we require guardian authority. We encourage academies to avoid sharing sensitive personal data (home address, school name) in bio. Report any concern about minor exploitation to support@talenzzy.com and we will act within 24 hours.
12. Termination & Removal
We may hide, unverify, or delete any profile at our discretion. You may request deletion of your academy players via email with proof of authority. We process within 72 hours.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes to be resolved amicably first via support@talenzzy.com, then by courts in Imo State, Nigeria, where Talenzzy is operated. For NDPR complaints, contact Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update terms to reflect legal or feature changes. Effective date will change. Continued use after update means acceptance. Material changes will be announced on homepage for 7 days.
